Description : Small tufted herbs. Flower pinkish - white axillary. Capsule 0.2 cm across, enclosed in persistent calyx. Grow in flowing water. Small submerged rooted hydrophyte seen in waterbodies and rivers and streams around the world. grow smaller (approximately 1/2 inch) with linear leaves; Its flowers are 1/8 of an inch in diameter.
